In The Dark

Sorry for being unresponsive for the last week or so, working on a couple things at once and this is the first one to be finished.
This drawing features two of my OC's, Ruby and Angel. I decided to go with the more realistic shading style this time, it's not perfect though. The BG isn't very special, I didn't want a busy BG, basically it's just the faded image of a dragon's face coming out of the darkness.
What you see here is Ruby taking a relaxed defensive stance, guarding Angel as she readies a powerful offensive wind spell. The staff Angel is holding enhances her magic which is why the ball of energy looks like it is drawing power from it, the gem on the glove she wears is also a sort of "conductor" to enhance both the power and accuracy of her magics.
I have yet to start on their character sheets, but that will come soonish. Also going to catch up on requests and get those up as soon as possible, so don't think I've forgotten about you guys!
